A website your business can stand behind.
Built, then checked before it reaches you — every price, claim and opening hour on the page traced back to something you actually told us. A down payment to start, then one monthly fee that covers everything and runs until you cancel.
No two come out alike
Layout, palette, shapes and type are chosen from the trade and the business name, so no two builds start from the same place. These are demonstrations, not client work — nothing below is a real business, and no result is being claimed for any of them.
No demonstration build in that trade yet.
What is checked before it reaches you
Other people put a list like this on their site with a tick beside each line. A tick is a sentence somebody typed. Each line below names the test that proves it, and the test is run every time the site is built — if one of them stops passing, that line disappears from this page rather than going quietly stale.
Text you can actually read
Every colour pairing on every palette is measured against the WCAG AA contrast standard before it can ship. Not sampled — all of them. 136 checked on this build.

No claim we made up
Prices, hours, credentials and testimonials appear only if you supplied them. The generator is not permitted to author one, and the build fails if it does.

Blank sections, not filled ones
If you have not given us testimonials, the page has no testimonials section. It does not get padded with something plausible.

Nothing pointing at a domain you do not own
The canonical link and the social preview tags only appear once there is a real domain to put in them, so a draft cannot quietly advertise an address that is not yours.
proved by npm run test:publish
A headline that says something
One h1 per page, carrying a statement about the business rather than its name. The company name is the logo; the headline is the reason to keep reading.

No grey boxes where a photo should be
Before you have supplied photographs the page draws a composed graphic from its own palette, and records the photo brief in the markup so nobody forgets it is outstanding.
proved by npm run test:publish
A name that cannot break the page
Business names go through the markup, the structured data and the favicon. A name containing a script tag is tested, because that is the one that turns a website into somebody else's.
proved by npm run test:publish
A design that is yours
Palette, type, layout, section shapes and the generated artwork are all derived from your trade and your name. The demos on this page are the proof, and the build refuses identical output. 504 checked on this build.

An assistant that will not guess
The chat widget on your site answers only from what is published on the page. Asked something the page does not cover, it says so instead of inventing an answer.

Three things, in this order
Most web work stops after the first one. The second is the reason anything here is worth what it costs, and the third is what keeps the site from going stale six weeks after launch.
The build
One conversation about what you do and who buys it, then a working site — responsive, fast, and written from your material rather than around it.
The review pass
Before delivery the site is audited three ways: nothing invented, nothing that fails contrast or keyboard use, nothing structurally broken. You get the report.
The monthly fee
Hosting, backups, monitoring and edits handled monthly, so changing a price or adding a service does not mean starting a new project.
Pricing
A down payment before work begins, which covers the build, then a monthly fee once the site is live. The monthly covers hosting, backups, monitoring and edits, so there is nothing else to buy. There is no fixed term and no end date — it runs until you cancel.

The down payment is non-refundable once the first draft has been delivered. The monthly fee starts when the site goes live. Cancel whenever you like — the site then stays online for one month, frozen, and comes down after that.
What the monthly fee covers
A site nobody maintains starts costing you customers quietly. This is on every tier, at no extra charge — there is no separate plan to buy and no second monthly bill.
- Hosting, SSL and domain renewal handled
- Weekly offsite backups
- Uptime monitoring with alerting
- Content edits — prices, hours, staff, services
- Security and dependency updates
- The review pass re-run against the live site each quarter
The site is hosted by us for as long as you subscribe; it is not handed over. Your own content stays yours, and the domain is registered in your name, so you keep the address whatever happens.
If none of the three fits
These are the standard plans, and the prices on them are real prices rather than starting positions — nobody who asks gets a different number. What they are not is the only shape available. If you need fewer pages than a tier includes, or a one-off piece of work with no monthly at all, or you are seasonal and the site only earns half the year, or you would rather build it in stages as the money comes in — say so, and a plan gets put together for what you actually need, priced off the same published rates above.
That is a conversation, not a form field. Tell us what the business is and what you need the site to do, and you will get it in writing before anything starts.
Add-ons
Anything outside your tier is quoted before it is started, never added to the invoice afterwards.

How is the site you already have?
Put your address in and this reads your site the way a customer's phone would — the homepage, the pages linked from it, every image, the certificate, the search listing. On most sites it takes two to four minutes, and less than that on a small one — it makes one request at a time and waits between them rather than hammering your server. You can watch every one of them as it happens.
If the answer is that your site is fine, that is what it will say. A checker that always finds work is an advertisement, not a measurement.
Every line it reports is a request that actually happened against your site. It tests how the site is built and served — it is not a judgement of your business, and a site can pass every check here and still be ugly.
Why the review pass exists
Websites get built fast now, and the fast ones lie. They fill an empty testimonial section with a quote nobody said, put a response time on the contact page that nobody promised, and round a number up because the layout looked better that way. It reads fine until a customer holds you to it.
So every site here goes through three separate checks before it reaches you: one that hunts for any claim not traceable to something you supplied, one that reads the design as a stranger would, and one that tests the markup, contrast and keyboard paths. Whatever they find, you see — including the things still being argued about.
If a detail has not been confirmed, the section ships without it and we ask you for the real answer. That is slower than making something up, and it is the entire difference.
Every project is worked through personally
Website Renovate is a team of two, and both of us work on every job. When you send an enquiry, one of us reads it. When your site is built, we build it between us. When something needs changing next year, you are still talking to the same two people who made it.
There is no account manager in between, and nothing gets handed off to somebody you have never spoken to. The trade-off is honest in both directions: you get people who actually know your project, and you get the capacity of a small team.
The reason this site keeps insisting on what it will not claim is that we built the checking into the tooling before we built the sales page. Every price, hour and credential on a site we make traces back to something a client actually told us, and the build fails if it does not.
That is a strange thing to lead with. It is also the only part of this that is hard to copy.
Before you get in touch
None we can name, no. We are new, and an empty testimonials section is exactly the sort of gap this site refuses to fill with something plausible — so it is not there.
What we would rather you judged us on: every demonstration build above opens, ten trades and ten different designs, made by the same tooling that would make yours. Every line under what is checked before it reaches you names the test that proves it, and those tests run on every build. The prices are on this page instead of behind a form, and the full contract is readable before you commit to anything.
The order of events is on your side too. The down payment only becomes non-refundable once the first draft has been delivered, so you see real work before that line is crossed.
Being careful about going first is reasonable, and we would rather you were. The honest answer is that everything a reference would normally prove, we have tried to make checkable instead.
If people mostly need to find you, check you are real and call — Launch does that. If the site has to explain a range of services, or do something interactive, Standard. Complete is for when the site is how you actually get paid. Tell us what you sell and we will say which one, even when it is the cheaper one.
You get a date in writing with your quote, based on the tier and how quickly your content arrives. We do not publish a turnaround figure here, because an average that has not been measured is just a guess with a number on it.
Get in touch and we will rearrange it. The written agreement allows hosting to be suspended after 30 days of non-payment, but that is a backstop, not a first move — a month rearranged in advance is far easier for everyone than a month gone quiet.
No — and it is better to know that before you start than after. The site runs on our hosting for as long as you subscribe, which is what the monthly fee pays for. Cancel and it stays online one more month exactly as it is, then comes down. What stays yours either way: the text, photographs and logo you supplied, and the domain, which is registered in your name.
Yes — from a recorded interview with you, included in Complete and available per page otherwise. What we will not do is invent the specifics. Prices, years in business, guarantees and testimonials come from you or they do not appear.
Tell us about the project
A short description is enough to come back with a tier, a price and a date.
